Who am I?
Kate is the owner and real estate broker. Before moving to Los Angeles in 2007 Kate graduated with a masters degree in air conditioning engineering from Saint Petersburg State University. As of 2013 Kate is a full time licensed Realtor® and property manager, specializing on high end properties. She provides top-notch real estate services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas to local and foreign buyers and homeowners. Kate grew up speaking 4 languages: Russian, Ukrainian, English and French. Being multilingual, Kate developed unique skills of cross-cultural communication.

Kate’s mission

Why I started real estate?
Astrology and numerology is one of the biggest Kate’s hobbies. Kate’s refers to astrology to find a most auspicious day to open or to close escrow. Numerology helps evaluate the numbers of the house and compare the compatibility with owners. For example the house number 248 took almost a year to sell. On one hand three even numbers in the row create an energy of a structure with a bit of an introverted touch. However the sum adds up to 5 ( 2+4+8=14 = 5). And 5 is the most diverse, broad, expressive number, extroverted numbers.`. So the house is best suited as a vocation house ( 5 is synonym for fun ) for an entrepreneur who travels often.
